Adam is a Technical Support Specialist for both FARMAX and FarmIQ, supporting customers with technical issues and running online training sessions. He also manages the FARMAX accreditation programme, supporting rural professionals and farmers to level-up their FARMAX skills and knowledge.

Lou was born and raised on sheep and beef farms in the Mangamahu, Akitio and Maraetotara (she still plays farmer on a lifestyle block outside of Wellington!), and went on to gain a Bachelor of Science majoring in genetics and molecular biology. She has been at FarmIQ since 2015 and loves helping out farmers on the support desk.
Teena Moody

Teena's expertise is adult education. She has been training farmers to use FarmIQ since she first joined the company and was part of the support team. Teena moved away from support to work in other areas of the company, notably the development of FarmIQ's integrated Help. Now back on the support desk, Teena is enjoying having great conversations with farmers again.
Gill Beaver

Gill has a background in agriculture and animal health and has worked in various roles within these industries. After working as a Large Animal Vet Technician and then teaching Rural Animal Technology and Animal Care, she moved into the technical and compliance side of farming. She has extensive knowledge of farm regulatory compliance from both a farm and auditor point of view, and before coming to FarmIQ, she worked as a Farm Technician on sheep, beef, and deer farms. She has experience using FarmIQ and FARMAX on farms and is looking forward to learning more about them from the other end of the system.

Todd has more than 25 years' experience in agriculture and agritech, including completing a PhD in pastoral science at Massey University, working in the farm system team at AgResearch, and working in various farm, science and education roles across the United States. He has been at FarmIQ for 11 years. As Strategy and Science Manager, his goal is to solve farmer problems by delivering simple but powerful technology solutions that advance the financial performance and environmental sustainability of pasture-based farming systems.
Paul Marshall

Although he is a senior software developer for Rezare Systems, Paul spends most of his time as a desktop developer contracted to Farmax. He helped create the original Stockpol software in the 1980s, which later became FARMAX. Watching British comedy and choral singing keep him busy outside of work.

As Head of Sales and Marketing, Russell is passionate about showing farmers how FarmIQ can take their business to the next level.

Growing up as a country kid on a sheep and beef farm, Libby's appreciation for farming began with a strong passion for the land, the environment and the animals. Libby studied at Massey University, majoring in Animal Science and Zoology and joined the FarmIQ Support team in November 2021. She is now an Inbound Sales & Onboarding Specialist, helping farmers to meet their goals and face all the challenges related to regulations and compliance.
Rebecca Kelsall

Originally from the UK, Rebecca brought her extensive knowledge and passion for agriculture over to New Zealand six years ago. She graduated from university with an Agri-Business BSc (Hons) degree in 2016 and has since worked in a variety of ag roles, including agri-business consultancy, bovine genetics, dairy farming, and technical sales. Rebecca has now joined the FarmIQ team as an Inbound Sales & Onboarding Specialist, keen to support farmers, so that they get the most out of farm management, reports and compliance.
